About the event
Hi all,
I’m Carl Bayliss. I’ve spent over 30 years working across some of the world’s most exciting automotive brands - including Aston Martin, Bugatti, Ferrari, Infiniti, Nissan, and Porsche - in roles that have taken me throught the industry, across continents, and through major industry shifts.
While I continue to progress and enjoy my career, I’ve increasingly wanted to do something meaningful to support the industry’s talent: whether that’s early‑career professionals finding their path in an ever‑changing environment, those seeking to broaden their experience and take on new challenges, or leaders looking for executive coaching as they navigate their careers.
These sessions allow me to share my experience (the good, the bad, and 'the hindsight' worth considering), give back to the industry, and celebrate the successes of those I’ve supported along the way.
